Office Design

Our 'in-house' design team will work with you from initial space planning ideas, through to detailed design and working drawings.

Project Management

All projects are managed 'in-house' by our projects team, who will ensure the interior is completed within budget, on time and safely.

Statutory Approvals

All necessary statutory approvals are sought on your behalf, including: Planning, Listed Buildings and Building Control.

Landlord consent

We work with your property team to ensure all information relating to the fit out is submitted to the landlord representatives, preferably before you sign the lease.

Build

Our staff are experienced trades people, who dovetail well, due to several years of working together. Which ensures a fast, quality fit out.

After Service

We are a family run business and rely heavily on repeat custom and referrals. We are only too pleased to carry out minor works during the course of your lease.
