01 The Brief

The Brief

Our client is the premier membership organisation representing excellence and performance improvement in the UK.

They are an independent and not-for-profit. They have an extensive track record of helping organisations learn from best practice, to improve their performance and achieve sustainable excellence. They tasked IPS with assisting them with updating their business model, which was to include offering bookable meeting rooms, desks and break out space, together with members training facilities.

The Solution

IPS created a light, airy environment, which encouraged natural flow from meeting and training rooms, into a collaborative space. The 'back office' could be accessed via its own entrance, so as not to disturb the Member areas.

Glass frontage, complete with branded manifestation together with timber doors and frames helped to create a quality feel to the meeting and training areas. Bold coloured fabrics were selected for the meeting chairs and were suited according to the room.

02 The Solution

The training room needed to be flexible, so that workshops and training sessions could be offered in a variety of layouts, including:- Theatre Style, 'U' Shaped, Classroom or boardroom. We supplied flip top tables and stack-able chairs to achieve this. Writable wall paint was applied to the walls in selected areas, for 'brainstorming'.
