The brief

Having successfully fitted out our client’s initial office in 2012 and diligently attending to all subsequent Day 2 requirements since, our dedicated team were once again called upon to assist with their relocation due to a lease event. Our client, a reputable fund placement company, has experienced remarkable growth over the years. With this momentum, they entrusted us to design and craft a luxurious office space nestled in the heart of St James’s, London.

The Solution

We teamed up with a designer we know and trust to craft an office space that hits the sweet spot between functionality and a modern 'resi-mercial' look.


Our approach was collaborative from the start. We hand-picked products that are not just well-crafted but also offer commercial warranties and are responsibly sourced. These are brands we're familiar with, which made it easier to guarantee both the look we were aiming for and timely delivery.

The open-plan area itself is designed to be a breath of fresh air. Linear recessed LED lighting runs from the front to the back, illuminating the space evenly, while the 'square basket' pattern in the flooring adds its own visual flair.

As for the reception area, it greets visitors with a sense of calm. A vertical green wall, bronze signage, and plush fabric offer a luxe first impression. Floor-to-ceiling double glazed doors let natural light flood both the open-plan space and the boardroom.

The CEO’s office is another highlight. It features a stylish sit/stand desk with a timber frame and a green Fenix top. This is perfectly paired with a matching visitor’s chair and a unique wardrobe, hand-painted with a vintage Ferrari design

In the boardroom, a custom media wall immediately catches the eye. It features leather detailing and cleverly hidden compartments for AV equipment. The backlit slatted panelling and purpose-built TV housing for video conferencing set the stage, beautifully complemented by a dark fumed oak table and dark green leather chairs.
