01 The Brief

The Brief

Our team were tasked with delivering another high-quality Cat A+ fit out for a Landlord in Holborn, London. The brief was to create a flexible and aesthetically pleasing environment that would not only meet the functional needs of potential tenants but also enhance the overall appeal of the property. The fit out was to deliver a blend of fixed desking, alternative work settings, formal meeting rooms and a dedicated break space.

The Solution

The design focused on blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics. Key features include: Herringbone Flooring which anchors the design, bringing warmth and sophistication to the area. Glass Partitioning, with a distinctive forest green powder coating creates an open and bright feeling to the office, whilst maintaining individual spaces for meetings or focussed work. Modern Furnishings to bring a contemporary feel to the office. The combination of greys, whites and natural wood tones create a calm and inviting environment.

02 The Solution

The tea point features matte dark green cabinetry, providing a bold yet sophisticated contrast to the white tiled splashback. The tiles have a subtle grid pattern which adds a touch of texture to the clean, minimalist design. Black dining tables and matching chairs pair beautifully with the accent colours within the kitchen itself.

The internal meeting rooms are designed with a focus on simplicity and functionality. The centrepiece of the room is a round white meeting table, surrounded by four comfortable, grey upholstered swivel chairs. The neutral tones of the furniture create a calm and professional atmosphere, ideal for focused discussions or collaborative work.

The rooms feature large windows that allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy environment. The windows also offer views of the surrounding urban landscape, adding to the sense of openness.

The result is a versatile, tenant-ready office space that stands out in a competitive market. The high-quality finishes and thoughtful design elements ensure that the space is not only functional but also leaves a lasting impression on visitors. This project demonstrates our commitment to delivering exceptional Cat A+ fit outs that exceed client expectations.
