Introduction and aim


Interior Property Solutions Ltd is an experienced office fit out and refurbishment company, operating from its Head Office in Barnet, Hertfordshire. We offer our clients a ‘turn-key package’ including: Office Partitioning, Electrics and Data, Suspended Ceilings, Floor Coverings, Tea Points, Decoration, Furniture and Air-Conditioning.


The aim of this Quality Assurance Policy is to affirm IPS’s commitment to maintain a high standard of quality in the way we work, the services we deliver, our relationships with staff and clients and to ensure continuous improvement.


Policy


IPS will be responsible for the development of Quality Assurance policies and procedures and shall ensure that appropriate resources for their effective implementation are provided. The principle operation responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction and for complying with the company’s policies and procedures lies with line management, however, all employees are responsible for compliance to procedures.


IPS will provide competent personnel to provide support, guidance and monitoring to ensure that the business complies with this policy. We will also provide necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure that employees are able to discharge their duties effectively.


Responsibilities


IPS is responsible for publishing and communication Quality objectives for their part of the business and for improving service to customers and internal efficiency. In addition to the setting of measureable targets, we will develop and improve the Quality Management System through consultation and involvement of our customers and clients.

  • Use only Selected, Approved, Preferred or Certified Suppliers and accept only compliant products and services from suppliers.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement.

This quality assurance policy requires commitment and ownership from all IPS staff. It is also available to the General Public and other interested parties on request.
